Bed bugs are on the move as the summer months call for travel and hotels. Make sure you're not only checking for bed bugs and their debris in the areas you're sleeping in but also what you're bringing home in your luggage and clothes.
COCKROACH POPULATION SURGES IN THE SUMMER
Cockroaches love the heat of the summer. Unfortunately, when the temperature rises, their appetites, and reproductive rates increase, resulting in a bigger population. To keep these guys out, ensure you're keeping a clean space in your kitchen and around your baseboards. You can also rub down doors and windows with water and peppermint oil. Seal all cracks and crevices, as a roach can slip in between the smallest of openings.

Bees, wasps, and hornets are also more active due to their increased food source in the summer. Wasp and hornet nests will continue to expand and grow throughout the summer months making them a real backyard pest. So, keep an eye out for any nests in your yard or house, and make sure to call a professional to get rid of them.
